i think you played the hand fine, if your image is tight, a raise here is also +Ev since yo have position on them.

I may raise the flop, this gives you the lead on the turn so when that A falls on the turn you have to bet.

He doesnt have position... He's the BB.

I like the play, seems fine to me.

I'd bet a $1 on the turn to try and rep the Ace and hope too take it down there.
