Default $50 NLCASH - TP vs aggro river bet

Villain is a regular at the new $50NL HU games, and from what I've seen, looks like he's doing good. Tonight was the first time I've played him though.
He calls 3 bets pretty light (caught him w/K3o) and I caught him 3 barreling once. I feel like he probably could bluff here. Does that read justify a river call?
Villain is 46/41/4.2

I don't see how you can fold this. I'd probably bet the river myself honestly, but as played definitely call.

yup he is aggressive enough to call this. In fact I think it would be hard to fold to most opponents given the line you took.

The reason for the turn check was because he seemed to be floating me quite a bit prior to this, and I hadn't seen to many showdowns when he was doing it, so I figured I would try to keep the pot small with TP, and hope to see a showdown cheap. So yeah, I called the river.
Good logic, or I still should have bet the turn?

this looks like an easy call to me, depending on your image.
