Reads: I have been playing 22/17/3 over 200 hands I think. My steal percentage is like 40%

Villain is 30/22/3.7 over 266 hands
My notes on him are
"3 betted my button raise
I 3 betted him, he insta folded"

He also being 3 betting other people

Preflop: hero is dealt A Q[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (6 Players)

Turn: ($40.25) 4 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, hero checks

River: ($40.25) 4 9[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] A[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 7 (2 Players)
BB checks

So do I bet and if so is anything other then a shove good?
I checked the turn as I didn't think he would call with anything that I beat and I thought it would look weaker to him
Comments in general and on my play?

I think against some who is as loose as this guy the call preflop is fine. I would assume that he is not a complete tard and is not going to stack off with KK on an ace high board. So I would be hesitant to play a big pot right here. His check on the turn and the river make me want to say may have an under pair, or be trying to trap with a huge hand.

So if you bet the river and are raised you have to think how many worse hands raise you here? I would think none. And if you bet how many worse hands are calling? AJ will probably call, but other then that none. So I feel that a value bet would be very thin, and probably put you in a tough spot if he raises.

So I would be more inclined to check behind here.

I think we def. should value bet river. The question is how much? AJ,KK,JJ could easily call 1/3 pot. So I would bet $15.
And fold to push.

just push, he has an underpair here like 90% of the time and he'll call enough to make this profitable
