Re: $3 JJ overpair on flop 1st lvl
i'd push allin but in the future you should always open raise JJ.

i'd push allin but in the future you should always open raise JJ. [/ QUOTE ] From past experience JJ seems to be the borderline. I'm personally fine with limping JJ UTG but I won't bash anyone who raises it. |

I'm actually more inclined to limp at the micro buy-ins and raise at higher buy-ins. |

It was a woman, and she took the amount of time that makes you think she had 2pair etc, so I called and then check-folded to a 3/4PSB on the turn |

Re: $3 JJ overpair on flop 1st lvl
Calling and evaluating a turn is awful imo. At this buy in I would probably stack off because a hand like A9 will always call.
it is ridiculous to try to put someone on a hand based on their avatar/timing |

Re: $3 JJ overpair on flop 1st lvl
should i come out with a "playing JJ hand in low buy in sngs" thread also?
usually raising pf as well fwiw, and at this point im just stacking off on the flop in a limped pot. |
