Raise the flop.

As played raise more on the turn.

Call river.

There are lots of draws out there on the turn. If someone has a big enough draw, they wont fold no matter what you bet, so you can probably get away with raising the pot on the turn.
I like your call on the flop, it allows you to get the money in on the turn with a bigger edge as most players are incapable of folding a flush draw on the turn.
Your river call is standard. Villain only has to be bluffing 20% of the time here for it to be a good call. Villain had Ace Ten of hearts right?

Villain bluffed the river.

Wasn't sure on calling the flop or raising. And yeah, I think max raise on turn is better.

Not if he bets a quarter of the pot. Folding that allows people to exploit you easily. If they realise you fold to a quarter pot bet they will bet it every time a scare card hits. You only have to fold 25% of the time for it to be a good bluff on you.
