Any reads on BTN?

I think I would play it the same, but I wonder how often you see something like JT or 76s here. Not many draws on the board there so I figure the villain is check/calling with a weaker J or maybe something like A6.

Not sure about the river, but I don't play NL50.

edit: did not realize Hero checked turn.

I think you have to call against an unknown. You have already committed a third of your stack by the river, the only draw that came in was 8,9 and your check on the river induces a lot of bluffs. A set or JT are the only hands to be worried about; knowing his stats would be extremely helpful.

I think you misread the hand. Hero led on the flop and he is oop.

Preflop: AJo isn't great, but you do have two limpers and you are oop. I'm assuming you were trying to take the pot down right there or isolate? I'm fine with it, as long as you don't use this too much.

Flop: Good bet. Nothing wrong here.

Turn: I like a bet here as well, would have put in a little more. This card only helps villain if he had a backdoor flush draw to go with whatever he's got, or some odd hand like 89 or Q9.

River: Do not like. That 7 probably did not help villain, so why be passive and let him take control? He's been nothing but a calling station so far. Also if you are willing to call $22 on the river, then you should be the one making the bet.

Which are the hands that are going to bluff? 45 was the only draw and it got there. I either bet/fold or check/fold the river, against most people bet/fold, KJ, QJ still calling. If you want to control the potsize or induce a bluff, check the turn. Every bluffable hand folded to the second barrel.
