93o in BB makes straight on the turn, but am I beaten?

Villian is 49/7 with 1.05 postflop aggression, I liked that ace on the turn until he raised then I went into calldown mode, is that way too weak, should I have three bet the turn and then called down, or is check raising the river better, or did I do okay?

On the flop I would check. You don't ever take this down and a bet is of questionable value and makes it hard to play OOP for the rest of the hand. Rest of the hand looks fine.

IPITS, but we can somtimes find a fold, meh.

4.25-1 to call down.

Bleh. We need to be ahead here ~18% of the time, or chop it 36% of the time. That's certainly possible, I suppose.

I hear you, but bear this in mind, I had 4 solidish types at the table and the villian, I can have a set, two pair, an overpair, a straight, or just a draw here. I dunno if TAG types are going to pay me off if I wait until I make my hand to bet.

Thinking further though, I actually doubt I bet this flop. I prefer a c/c.
