Peter - I think you played it fine.

You could raise the flop, but then you probably don't get to raise the turn, and by raising the flop, you might immediately knock out CO. You have a monster and you want to collect the max for it and from as many customers on the 3rd and 4th betting rounds as possible.

That is the default mode.

I could stop there, except for a couple of factors.
1. I think you do not want to become too easy to read so that you should consider mixing up your play. Since you're certainly never going to fold this monster, if you're going to be playing with these guys for a long time, you should occasionally raise, just to mix up your play. You'll probably never see this exact hand again, but you'll see some similar ones. Once in a while raise with them.
2. What to do always depends on your opponents. You wrote:[ QUOTE ]

[/ QUOTE ]If that is true, then maybe your best course of action is simply to blast away with a monster flop fit.

Just one more thing. Poker is a game of deception. I hope my opponents always think of me as "loose and non-thinking." Your opponents may be better than you give them credit for being. A classic mistake in any contest is to under-estimate your opponent(s).

Raise the flop for value and to protect your bd heart draw. I know it's easy to say after it got there but I think it's the best play.

Raise flop for many reasons.

1) Your hand is monster that cannot get counterfeited.

2) This nice little flop probably hit everyone somehow and they are nor going away anyway. And if it gets back to your after someone makes 3bets, cap it.

3) Even if someone folds the chance you get 3bet probably outweights the lost money.
