KK, 60 BB deep, line check
Hi guys,
Just asking for a line check. Thanks. Home game, NLHE, $1/$2 blinds, 8-handed. Effective stacks of $120. UTG is new to the game, we've been playing for half an hour or so. I didn't have any reads on him. Preflop: Hero (button) is dealt [K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]] (8 players) UTG limps, 4 folds, Hero raises to $10, SB calls, BB calls, UTG calls. Flop: ($40) Q[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] (4 players) SB bets $2, BB folds, UTG raises to $30, Hero calls, SB folds Turn: ($102) 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] (2 players) UTG bets $50, Hero raises to $80 (all-in), UTG calls $30 |

Re: KK, 60 BB deep, line check
I like a call on the flop. There are no no draws out there, why not just let UTG hang himself. And by just calling you might even get SB to come along.

Re: KK, 60 BB deep, line check
It's live and effective stacks are 60BB. You have an overpair. You shove the flop, QJ calls you. Just get it in on the flop.

Re: KK, 60 BB deep, line check
Thanks guys, just wondering if the decision between all-in on flop and all-in on turn would be material to my results. At no time did I think of folding.
