Villanin is about the same as me 20/18/4 over 100 hands and I haven't seen him go out of line yet. Now what?

I'd probably bet $125 and call a shove. I'm putting him on 66-JJ and he can find a fold there.

If not just spike a [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] cause pokah is ez

I had 170 behind andbet 96 + called the shove. But all the time i felt it was something wrong with this hand. Why didnīt he push over my flop bet with the FD on board? Is he milking an over pair (dangerous), does he want to wait until he have better equity (no club no A), is he on a draw or does he have a monster (55, TT)? His stats suggest that he would often push over my flop bet with KK+ and possible also a FD.

With only 170 in the stack I think a push would have been best. His flop call seemed weak too me. I agree with your read, jj- seems most likely. I didn't push because I felt a bet would look stronger than a push
