This hand is similar to the two pair hand I posted here. But you are even in a much better spot: better low draw and both villains have only 1/2 stack. Therefore I would go all-in instantly.

I think you need to blast away. Possible that you are in bad shape vs a set on one side and some sort of NLD+FD on the other, but I think if you can get BB to fold you'd be in great shape and you're probably OK 3-handed most of the time too.

Given his stack size, his range of hands is a lot wider... in addition to the set you're putting him on, he could have top 2 a wrap draw or maybe even just 23xx (maybe with flush draw).

I think you gotta push to iso BB.
