If you don't have a lot of history with him folding is ok.

Calling him and C/R turn is an option though if he's aggro.

8-handed, just fold pf and lose your $2.

As played, fold TP. It's a pretty drawless board unless he has exactly 45. And you only beat T8 and T7 if villain actually has something other than air.

So, fold.

Check flop.

I like this. If it goes check/check, then when you bet the turn, hands worse than TP might call suspecting that you're trying to steal.

If villain bets, you can either raise and give up if villain calls or raises. Or call, then lead the turn to see how much he really likes his hand. Don't put much more in after that, however. You don't beat anything in the way of a made hand.

r u [censored] kidding me? we have top pair in a blind battle. we beat almost everything. preflop and flop bet are 100% standard. dealing with the flop raise is a pain in the ass because we're given no reads, but at 2/4 I'd probably fold until they've given me a reason to think they are getting out of line, because most people at 2/4 think like you do and give way too much credit and won't make moves in good spots like this.

The problem with betting is that you will get bluff raised ALOT and can't call.

I would rather check/call and fire the turn or just c/r and get the hand over with.

Its just not how I roll.

You basically become his bitch at that point and almost always have to give up on the turn.

Also I didn't say he is USUALLY bluffing but he is a decent % of the time...its a good flop to bluff at if you are in villains shoe's, no???
