wtf is up with epassporte?

my usually speedy withdrawal from UB to epassporte has been stuck on "approved" in my UB account page for 3 days now. ive sent messages to epassporte customer service twice and had no response. is anyone else having epassporte problems or have any info on if they're still operating?
