Default JT rivers straight on flush-board, do you raise?

Party Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $2/$4 Blinds - 6 Players - (LegoPoker Hand History Converter)

SB: $470.40
BB: $318.65
UTG: $388.00
MP: $431.50
Hero (CO): $400.00
BTN: $453.40

Reads: <font color="blue">Villain is nilssonpokr, I believe hes at least reasonable, 22/1/2.6 over ~1k hands. Dont ask me why he doesnt play fullstacked, tho. </font>

Preflop: Hero is dealt T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (6 Players)
2 folds, <font color="red">Hero raises to $14.00</font>, 2 folds, BB calls $10.00

Flop: ($30) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, <font color="red">Hero bets $20.00</font>, BB calls $20.00

Turn: ($70) Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks

River: ($70) 9[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
<font color="red">BB bets $60.00</font>, Hero calls $60.00

Pot Size: $190.00 ($3 Rake)

Its not that I believed villain is only betting a flush here, I just thought his betsizing plus the fact that i couldnt fold to a 3bpush made a call here more valuable.
