Default another nightmare week

last week a buddy sent me $20. i been broke for some time since busting my roll.

so i play nl50 and get down to 3 [censored] bones... not enuff to buy a sandwich. i go all in with 57 multi way and spike my miracle gutter. so im at 12.

i decide to play a 12$ multi and i end up gettin 1st, 2600ish. i do incredibly well after that in hu 5/10 and nl 1/2, and run up to 4k. i cash out 2k and lose the rest.

so i move 500 to stars and immediately hit nice rush for 3k win in 15/30 and 1020, cashing out 2k. now ive got about 5k to my name. so i go back to ftp and lose about 3k hu 15/30 basically i lost maybe 90/100 hands hu. so im not very happy. i switch sites again.

this time i start big on stars, nl 5/10 and 30/60 with 400/ 1200 respectively. i do great in both tables and my acct hit 8kish. now im real happy and i take a nap. i wake up playing smaller in 5/10 ...several 10/20 and 15/30s etc. and the streak begins, my acct goes all the way down to 2k... then 1k and then 0 in about 10 hrs... and now ive got about 400 left to my name to play online. i also just lost 200t$ from fpp satellites.

im pretty dissappointed. i had big aspirations for cards but they just spit in my face again and again, this blow up of mine wasnt as nearly as bad as before, but i cant believe i did it again. i might just goto the casino right now and put my $1k savings on a # in roulette or play some $100 slots, or throw some dice... who knows what might happen. and im not stopping til busto or 10k win... after that im probably never going to play cards again. it is sad that poker just isn't for me since i had such big hopes for my poker career.

You sound like a huge luckbox, a major neccesity in tourneys which is where you got your money obviously.

You only need 20 BB to buy into a game. You shoulda sat 200/400 with your 8k. Would have accomplished the same thing.

What do you think took you from 0 to 8k? Masterful play?
