Default Jts, i got myself into an ugly spot

Villain is tag and we know each other pretty good. He should be aware that i am stealing very much. I seldom 4bet in these spots with any of my holdings. I am calling more for semibluffing value with draws than TP.

Cryptologic
No Limit Holdem Ring game
Blinds: $5/$10
6 players
Converter

Stack sizes:
UTG: $438
UTG+1: $1382
CO: $985
Hero: $1040
SB: $1008.50
BB: $1018.50

Pre-flop: (6 players) Hero is Button with J[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img]
2 folds, CO raises to $40, Hero calls, SB folds, BB raises to $140, CO folds, Hero calls.

Flop: K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 2[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] T[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] ($325, 2 players)
BB bets $222.

Should i semibluff push or call and fold to a turn bet?

just fold preflop, its so obvious you have a mediocre hand.

It isn`t obvious, because i play JJ/AQ+ sometimes the same.

First I don`t like playing these hands like this. Second it doesnt matter because villain very likely isn`t aware of this fact. Just fold preflop unless you have a specific reason not to.
I would probably call the flop and give up on the turn.

you shouldn't be calling in this spot preflop unless you have some degree of control over your opponent and/or are an extremely good player postflop. since you're having to ask what to do here it is clear that you should be folding pre since these spots are always going to be marginal at best.
