Pf is really bad. Fold then.
We want to raise somewhere near the pot to protect our hand, but it's not incredibly draw heavy so we can get away with a raise to 425-450 here.

fold it pf since j8 off is junk, even in fairly late position.

as played raise flop to like 400ish and plan on getting it in against these players. lots of cards can come off on the turn and ruin your action (A,K,Q,T,9), plus you get more money into the pot with what is very likely the best hand. You'll also get action from tons of hands you beat, a good queen, pocket pairs, KT,9T and a worse jack.

I flat-called, in order to slow-play my hand.

Min-raise to 60. Why stop now at playing every street badly?

Obviously min raise the turn, then when the turn comes and completes straights, flushes, full houses and/or quads, push all-in.

What they're trying to say is, trip Jacks in this spot is a very vulnerable hand you want to protect by raising the pot as much as you can get away with. Trying to slowplay by calling the flop is stupid because when you get scary cards like this T you have no clue where you are.

As played, put in a big, pot-sized raise to scare away any draws still left in the pot. You still have to play this thing like it's the best (but vulnerable) hand. If you get busted by AK at this point, it's your own damn fault for not raising the flop.
