Do I smooth call hoping to get it in on the river / not wanting to scare him away? Do I just get it in here because I got minraised (which often can mean strength)?

How was the semi-weaklead play on the turn? Good longterm or lucky it worked here? Flop bet not enough for draw heavy board or ok?

I thought for a while, shoved back over the top, he thought forever and called with K3 LOL. After I made the shove I actually thought minreraise might be the way to go as I felt I was pushing too hard, but worked this time.

Min raise him back. Then he'll be committed on the river if he doesnt reraise all in on the turn.

Yea I raise back..maybe not min but something low.

If you were in position maybe it changes but OOP you are going to have to shove on river regardless so you want to be shoving as little as possible. Here if he is drawing he will call a bit more and if he has a hand he will too hoping to "improve." That makes his call easier on river if his hand is so-so
