Weird Toppair spot

Villain stacked me before with slowplayed kings.
He seems to be solid.
Any thoughts? His turn play was weird :/

you beat like QT/Q9 so turn is actually pretty thin. Don't know if I'd call that check/minraise I see monsters a lot with that line.

River is good obv.

Check the turn yo, call a small one on the river. Betting the turn has little or no value.

Check behind on turn. You don't want to play a big pot with this hand. Call a less than pot river bet.

It's not really a weired spot at all. He has a set and slowplays it on the flop (almost) min raises turn, then checks river because he is scared of the 3rd diamond.
