My favorite part is how you have to pay to see the whole comic.

I went to the site, but didn't really get it.

When I clicked on the cartoons, none were funny. Then I clicked on the last card, and the site threated to IP ban me.

So it seems like you are trying to sell membership to see the the last panel of the cartoons? But humor is so subjective that there is no way to know if you will find the cartoons funny before paying.

Ok, like I said, I didn't really get it. Is there more to it than this?
