Default 11$ NL(T)TRN, Q8o 3bet pf OOP turns OERFD

Im not sure whether this is extreme butchering or standard, you tell me.

Villain seemed loose passive, does raise pf however. So far maybe minraised twice (I folded to both).

Generally I 3bet minraisers relatively lightly and found it to be quite handy. Comments on all streets appreciated.

edit: okay I asked pokerstove about some scenarios and shoving this turn is dreadful. c/rai? c/c for odds? c/f?

if you check, will villain probably shove? i would be inclined to check/call because i doubt our shove gets called by any non-straight or non-flush hand. if two-pair or even a set called here i would be pretty surprised, given the awful pot odds.

any hand that calls us is way ahead, so isn't this what you all call "turning our hand into a bluff"?

i don't know about preflop, i doubt i'd ever three-bet Q8o and certainly not against a loose player.

i wouldn't 3bet that light at the $11s (Q8o is junk). opponents are mentally challenged and will call alot and you'll be out of position in a big pot against people who don't how to fold.

if you're having success 3betting minraisers, i think it's temporary. people just don't like to fold at the 11s, at least from what i remember.

this is bad spewy turn bet. you are turning your hand into a bluff. stick to abc poker at $11 and watch your money grow.
