Help Installing UB?

$5 to whoever helps me. I got a new but used laptop. When I try to download UB it finishes but when I try to open it an error comes up saying UltimateBet.exe Unable to Locate DLL Drivers
So does anyone have a solution or know of another way to get UB on my laptop? Thanks, PS-the weird thing is that PokerStars works...But I have no money on there so it does not matter. PSS-I DO NOT want to transfer money.
