Default Fishy question: I have a set, do I raise?

Can't remember the villains...typical, something like 15/8/1.9 ? I guess.

Preflop: Hero is UTG+2 with 4[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 calls, Hero calls, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 3-bets</font>, <font color="#666666">3 folds</font>, SB calls, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, UTG+1 folds, Hero calls, MP1 calls.

I felt lucky. Said to meself, "This time I WILL flop a set", and behold! Of course I say that 80% of the times.

Flop: (14 SB) K[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img], 4[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 3-bets</font>, SB folds, <font color="#CC3333">Hero caps</font>, MP1 calls, MP2 calls.

Turn: (12 BB) A[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(3 players)</font>
<font color="#CC3333">Hero bets</font>, MP1 calls, <font color="#CC3333">MP2 raises</font>, Hero??? Raise?

I'm a little worried by his raise after my cap...

Regardless of what actually happened on the turn, I rivered my 4. So there you had it: a happy badger.

I would not raise, the turn raise comes from a top set?

I would think MP1 had J,10.

Based on the action and the board having a Q, K, and A, I start calling down since QQ, KK and AA are certainly high priority in his 3 betting range.

Just call down. MP2 is still banging away despite all the strength you've shown and MP1's willingness to come along for the ride.

Is anyone else folding this pf? Obviously it worked out well but calling two back to me seems marginal.

I don't mind calling two with a pair PF, as long as I flop a set =]

yes, it is marginal, that's why i posted the "i is lucky" comment. It was a tilt call actually. But within reason. As it turned out it was fine... I made the required 12 BB. But just barely.

Plus I knew I was going to flop a set, that helps.

Oh, results. I called, didn't raise. Just called...

River was the 4th 4. I lead? Seems ok? I hoped for a bet/3bet, c/r seemed too risky. So I lead, they both call, and both turn over AK, and I scolded myself for not 3 betting the turn.

I've lost more money this way.

I call down from the turn raise, unless I river my 1-outer. And I hope that you led again when you actually did.
