Default Easy Push with 88 on dry board?

Villain in hand is another special special player. Just so you know, MJbuddy, these were my notes for him:

"dumb, 3-bet with A10o, then called SS all in and 4-bet from original raisor with said hand. Floats with all sorts of trash, will reraise against any sign of weakness."

Easy push? (blinds 30/60):

folds to Hero in CO-1 (3,065) with 8 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 8 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] raises to 210, Villain (4,235) on Button calls, folds:

Flop: 4 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] 6 [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 7 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img]
(pot: 500)

Hero bets 250 (I'm looking to induce a raise from a myriad of trash hands and 55, 86, 75, A7o and so forth), Villain minraises to 500, Hero pushes.

Absolutely. Obviously, if he sucks you out somehow, it's going to suck, but you're doing the right thing, especially with that read.

I think its a pretty good play, too, he is probably calling you with two overs as well.

OBVIOUSLY he was slowrolling 99+

/end absurd commentary because Any two overcards, hearts, 56, 75, 87 would make this play and you're fine against that range....

I like it against someone that aggressive.
I was going to say your reraise AI was too much of an overbet for him to call with a 2nd best hand, but you'd be pot committed anyway so it's fine.
