Default Keeping alcohol in the freezer

I'm currently trying to expand my tastes in alcohol, and I've discovered that there's a lot of debate in regards to certain types of alcohol being kept in the freezer vs room temperature. It looks like almost everyone freezes vodka, nobody freezes whiskey, a majority will freeze rum, and tequila might be the most highly debated. What's OOTs opinion on these and other types of alcohol? Does the quality of the alcohol affect your decision (as in like jose cuervo vs patron, not talking about stuff so light that it will actually freeze in the freezer)?

Apologies in advance for the mostly SFW nature of my Carpal post.

tequila, rum, whiskey should never be frozen imo.

vodka, jaeger, are acceptable.

the tequilla thing should not even be debated. In general the shittier the liquor the more acceptable it is to freeze.

If you don't want to taste your drink, keep your alcohol as cold as possible. If you like the taste of your drink, serve it at a more appropriate temperature (depends on the drink). Beer is an excellent example of this. Good beer should be cool but not ice cold. [censored] beer should be as cold as possible so that you won't taste it. Anyone who freezes a bottle of scotch should be immediately executed.

I almost always freeze vodka.

I don't freeze anything else unless it's cheap.

I usually buy cheap rum so I freeze it.

I usually buy good whiskey and keep room temp.

I buy decent tequila and keep room temp because there's nothing like a warm shot of tequila.

I don't care what other people do.

eww freezing tequila? I've never even had it chilled (shots obv)

I never stick my liquor in the freezer. I don't think it's bad...just that it's really easy to cool off with ice, and it's more flexible because I don't like cold straight shots.
