Did this guy make the right call?
I’m pretty much a NL tournament player and a limit cash game player.
I recently started to try NL cash games and still am pretty raw. Is this guy call right? Full Table 2-4$ NL. I open under the gun with a 4 times the Blinds with KK. I get one caller from Mid Position. The flop comes K 10 3 rainbow. I open with a continuation bet. The villain raises me a ridiculous amount. He raises me a 125$. I was surprised and put him on either K 10 or AK. What ever I was way ahead and decided to shove all in. Putting his 125 in and an extra 175$. He thinks for a while and the calls. He turns over QJ off suit. He spikes a 9 on the river and I lose. Was his call right? I think he really misplayed it, since he only had 10 % chance on winning.. Is his call right in NL cash games? I heard that is was correct to chase more in NL cash games, but that did not sound right. |

plz take this to BBV [/ QUOTE ] Sorry, Not complaining about the beat. Im just wondering is it correct to put your money in like this on a draw. I thought it was best to wait for a better situation and not gamble like this. Someone else said his call was right. |
