Fun tournament, good structure for the buyin. Usually gets 70 or so runners. Have fun.

Fun is OK, but I am more keen on winning. Any tips / things to watch out for that?

I understood that. By fun I meant you get 10k in chips and the blinds don't rise so fast that you're pushing every hand an hour in. Therefore you can play a more patient game than the typical low-money tournament. You'll have at least three hours to build a stack.

The players for the most part aren't any better than the $100 tournament crowd. Pay attention to the ones that are better and adjust accordingly.
