free live quotes updated....

like on a toolbar or something? i did a quick google, but wanted to see what you guys use. just like it sounds, something simple where i can have a feed of my stocks.

I have my portfolio on my Google homepage, but quotes are delayed 20 minutes. To be honest, there is no real need for live quotes unless you are a daytrader or something.
