Still can't log into FTP??

Yesterday I was fine. Haven't been able to get in all day. Emailed support and got automated response only. Am I the only one who STILL can't get onto FTP??

Bump: 24 hrs later still getting the "systen cannot log you in" message when I try to log in. Still no response from support, just emailed them again. Am I really the only person on 2p2 still having this problem?

I cannot log in with my account. I emailed support yesterday and have not heard back.
