Its in the 2+2 bonus store if that helps.
I had been too lazy to claim my books after signing up to party 2 months ago - much to my delight both PNL and the SNG book were there.

Mason has contacted both Full Tilt and Poker Stars to let them know the new books are available. It's up to the sites as to when/if they will be available for purchase with player points.
