hand converter problem - a real beginner's problem

When on the Flopturnriver website I paste a handhistory from Partypoker, I cannot make it work ie no icons appear. Do I need additional software or an add-in or something?

The converter has a drop-down box labelled 'FORMAT'.
Are you sure you've selected '2+2 FORUM'?
Just a suggestion.
