Default Super Short Stacks and PFRes

I'm having a hard time decided what to do with supershort stacks with PF raises and reraises. Here are two examples.

NL 100

I limp UTG with 88 and it folds to a supershorty in LP who makes a psr. Let's say I have 100 and he has $15 and his raise leaves him $10.50. He's been playing about 20% of his hands or so with 8% PFR

What do you do here?

Or, let's say that you open raise in the HJ with 77 and a stack with 18$ makes it $11 leaving him $7 behind. Villain is same as before..around 20/8

You are eventually going to get fed up and you will look him up. If you did it on either of these hands, it wouldn't be terrible.

88 is a fold since you only have $1 invested.
77, meh, push or fold. I would probably fold since he is conspicuously pot commiting himself.

Don't limp 88 UTG, raise town.

The 88 hand is a fold as played.

The other hand, were you opened in the HJ w/ 77, we want to get the money in here.

Two really important thing to take note on is if they are shortstackers or just have a shortstack becuase it dwindled down. And, if they are a good shortstacker or a terrible shortstacker.

A 20/8 player who is playing shortstack is playing shortstack terribly and is likely an awful player.

a 20/8 shortstacker, id likely just put it in there! Thats not really one that is waiting for monsters to call and raise with. Its a pot size bet, and im comfy flipping with him here.
The reraise, I'll probably drop the 7's.

If he's a good SS you fold both without history (honestly its not even really close).

0/0/0 because they'd be dead.

I get the money in in both spots. Shortstackers are usually very bad.

Ive seen some that play around 8/5. Thats tight. Short stack or not, if they are only getting in that often, i play when I am at my strongest. Ya just avoid them. The best is when you do get AK vs. them, you dont mind the gamble!!

Without getting too deep into this, the better SSers play about 8/5 up to 11/8. When I logged 30k+ hands SSing, I ran at 9/5.5 winning at a little over 3.5ptbb/100 [NL100 and NL200].
