Default hu 5/10 super deep

ok villian is a maniac, he 3bets me probably 40% of the time and calls my 4bets with a wide range(i have seen j5s,a3o...)
He is crazy aggro, usually gets to showdown with any pair, that said what do you think flop check, he had been c/ring me a lot and just didn't really want to get 400bb in on a flip, so i take a free card.

Bet the flop for sure. It's much better to get it in on the flop versus the turn I think.

why? i know my equity goes way down if i miss the turn, but if i know i'm getting paid if i hit cause he is firing the turn and river no matter what comes, he doesn't like giving up in these 4bet pots. example:
Full Tilt Poker - No Limit Hold'em Cash Game - $5/$10 Blinds - 2 Players - (LegoPoker HH Converter)

BB: $3,897.20
Hero (SB): $2,643.00

Preflop: Hero is dealt Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
Hero raises to $30.00, BB raises to $125.00, Hero raises to $375.00, BB calls $250.00

Flop: ($750) K[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img] J[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] 3[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB checks, Hero checks

Turn: ($750) 7[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB bets $510.00, Hero calls $510.00

River: ($1770) K[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (2 Players)
BB bets all-in for $3,012.20, Hero calls all-in for $1,758.00
Uncalled bet of $1,254.20 returned to BB
Uncalled bet of $0.00 returned to Hero

Pot Size: $5,286.00 ($0.50 Rake)

BB had 5[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] 6[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] ([5s 6s] a pair of Kings) and LOST (-$2,643.00)
Hero had Q[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img] Q[img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img] (two pair, Kings and Queens) and WON (+$2,642.50)

bet flop for sure, you shouldnt mind getting it in on the flop, because you are going to be a favorite almost always against this guy seems like. As played I dont think you can fold given history

If he doesn't like giving up in 4 bet pots don't you think its a good idea to wait for a hand and then 4 bet push instead of raise.

sweet, then let him c/r the flop with 56 or A4 or whatever. or let him ck/call with those - great.

also, to state this as a super relevant/important issue and then raise the turn is retarded.
