Default Which beguner books for 7C-Stud and Omaha?

I would like to start plaing 7C-stud and Omaha, and would like to know which book sto start with that explains the absolute basics, like starting hands etc.

I would recommand supersystem 2.

I've just begun reading 7 Card Stud by Roy West. Seems like a decent beginners book, goes over strategy basics on each street. I've heard mixed reviews of it on here, but it seems pretty good so far.

Actually Supersystem 2 does not cover seven card stud, for that you must consult Supersystem 1
