Default PF Reraise, flop check

I've had basically this same situation twice. Villain is typical micro idiot player.

HAND1 Shortened version:

0.01/0.02 6 handed on stars:

Effective stacks: $5
Hero in middle position with QJo

2 folds, I raise to 0.10, everyone folds, SB re-raises the minimum (0.08 more). I call.

Flop: A Q 5 rainbow (pot 0.38)
SB checks, Hero checks

Turn: J (pot 0.38)
SB bets 0.02, I raise to 0.40, SB goes all in for $4.80, Hero?

Hand 2 was about the same except: it was 2c/5c instead of 1c/2c (stacks were about the same size but the pot was a bit bigger), I have A9s and get reraised - I have position, the flop is Ace high, we check, check. Turn is a 9 and villain goes all in.

Questions:
- Do you consider these hands the same? The top 2 pair vs 2nd two pair change anything to you?
- Do you fold preflop when reraised so small?
- Do you check the flop?
- Do you call the turn? Insta-fold, right? (I suck at poker)

That really looks a lot like aces or queens in the first hand tbh. Typical donk line with a monster. It's 250bb so I think folding might be best even at 1c-2c. It's tempting to call just because you have two pair at a level where a lot of the play is crazy but I see bad players use lines like this a lot and it's rarely a bluff.
