RULE CHANGE IDEA

We will begin using waivers that roll priority throughout the season. The starting waiver priorities would be bid on, just like a must fill roster spot, you bid on "the best remaning waiver spot". It is then yours until you use it at which point you drop to last. every Sunday all unclaimed players go on waivers for 2 days, then if still unclaimd, become free agents again.
