umm you can buy the bonus if 1. you have enough points AND 2. you are goldstar. I don't know what you mean by qualifying. You don't get the bonus every time you have 4000 vpp's for each month if that was what you meant.

Your questions imply that you don't understand the program very well. I would go to the website and read the info from there thoroughly again.

And answering whether it is worth buying: You have to do a little research on this. If you buy the bonus you have to play additional vpp's. Count the value for each fpp you are spending and then go through the fpp store and find out if other alternatives you might need give you better $/fpp ratio
