RakebackNation June Rakeback
Did anybody receive June's rackback from rakebacknation.com? They say payment should be on or around the 15th but it is already the 20th. They usually respond to emails within 1 or 2 hours but now they haven't replied to either one of my emails the past 3 days.

We have processed all June payments on schedule with the exception of AP which was a few days late (outside of our control). Drop me a PM or an email with your account information and I'll look into your specific case and resolve it asap.

I just talked this one over with our team and I think we figured it out. Full Tilt processes payments on our behalf (like most larger RB sites) and when we submitted the list of players to be paid we sent them your old playername. After we sent them this information your name changed and they didn't process the payment (presumably because they couldn't find your player account). I just now sent your payment manually to your renamed account and have also emailed you. This shouldn't be a problem moving forward. Sorry for the mix-up. -Rob |
