AP Reload Bonuses

For some reason when I go to deposit the promotion code box doesn't display on AP's cashier page (the page where you enter your credit card info). I called there customer service and they said to reinstall which didn't help. I even tried on a different computer and it didn;t work. ANyone else had this problem? Thanks

not me sounds very weird, try clicking on the other logo if your are using epassporte etc. when you are in the deposite page you can click the logo or the deposit button, try both

I guess you have made a withdraw right before, or under
the reload periode?

yeah i did make a withdrawl, i hadn't thought of it but that could affect it.

i guess i need to not make withdrawls near the bonuses

i dont think just making a withdrawel gets rid of the box, i think i had it happen once, try what i said
