villian was raising a ton pre-flop and calling raises w/ hands like K5s J8s. he got his huge stack in two key hands where he flopped top two w/ K5s after calling a pfr, and flopping a flush vs. a set of T's w/ K9s. I had been playing pretty tight but had some good cards so it looked like i was more LAG when I was playing very TAG. my three bet looks a lot like a squeeze and I'm pretty sure he's familiar with the concept because he'd also been floating me and taking away pots on the turn. what do you guys think?

I'm assuming he hasn't done anything like this before - making this kind of raise into a $30 pot. But even if he has I still fold. Wait for a better spot to play for your stack with him. It will probably come soon enough - a situation where you know your hand is better than his and you have postiion.

why does position matter here? we're gonna be all-in if I call. but yes the reason i posted was because I hadn't seen him 4-bet yet. i guess everything is pointing towards a call especially since i just remembered that i had a note on him that said "3-bet 99, felted to c/r on 8xx board."
