Default TPTK on Coordinated Board Being Donked Into

No reads on this guy, this hand is actually pretty old for me was going through PT and saw it. Even after reviewing it Im honestly not sure what the best move is on any of these streets. Villain is 28/22/3.45 after 70 hands.

He donked strong into me on both flop and turn so I figured raising would probably just get me in trouble. I probably should have raised flop but I felt any raise on the turn would pretty much commit me and if he 3-bets me Im probably drawing dead.

Raise flop. Define your hand. If he has you beat he will come over top, and you can lay down with minimal investment.

A little off topic but another spot I find myself in with no idea what to do. What are you guy doing assuming you are oop, same hand and board?

Getting donked into strong when you have a good hand is not straightforward to play without a read, IMO. I used to generally call down with a strong hand, hoping to keep the pot small, but the problem is that it will usually only stay small when you are ahead, and grow when you are behind. So, just raise the flop, and if he raises, I would probably dump it without a read.
