Why dont Pokerstars and others have telephone support/customer serv?
Go ahead call me stupid, but this one of the reasons I like Bodog, I can get a person on the phone is seconds. I don't understand why the Worlds Biggest Poker Site is unreachable via a phone call.I love PS, but never have understood this. Are they afraid of a call from Alberto Gonzales? lol

PStars offers the BEST email support. They do better with emails in one hour resolving issues than BoDog does in a month of phone calls.
You want results or just a telephone number ?

Call center is probably much more expensive then email, and probably gives limited benefit. If required by necessity, I'm sure you can get someone on the phone.

Yes I totally agree, PS has the best customer service in the industry, still doesn't answer my question. I'm just wondering if it's a legal issue or something like that.

The cost would be way too much for what it woukd accomplish, at least for Stars. Remember Party has phone support and it was useless like other phone supports are.

Not a legal issue, at least not in the past. Generally, email support is a lot more efficient than phone support for poker.

Party phone support can go [censored] itself horrible, even though PS doesn't have Phone support I prefer the email support over phone personally.
