Travelling to Asia to have fun

Hey guys, I am 30 years old, from Vancouver and I'm thinking about visiting Thailand or Indonesia to go out and party. I'd be by myself. Does anyone have any advice on where to go to meet other people who are travelling on their own to party also.

I'd prefer to party with English speaking people, go to places where it is easy to make friends, and find women who are just ready to jump in the sack (without me paying for it).

Anyone have any travel advice for me? Tips? Places?
