Default K9o open. Was this flop bet stupidity? Was this river call stupidity?

Was this flop bet stupidity? At first I thought the river call was bad, now I think it's an easy call.

5/10 Online. 5 Handed.

No stats available, but I have button as a good solid player, and SB is unknown.

Preflop: Hero is C/O with K [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 9 [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
Fold, Hero raises, Button 3-bets, SB cold-calls, BB folds, Hero calls.

Flop: A [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8 [img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img], 8 [img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img].
SB checks, Hero bets, Button folds, SB calls.

Turn: K [img]/images/graemlins/spade.gif[/img].
SB checks, Hero checks.

River: T [img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img].
SB bets, Hero calls.

Yeah, I mean bluffing to win an entire pot with one single flop bet is pretty bad 3 way I think.

Given that you bet the flop I think I'd probably bet the turn as well and check the river behind expecting to lose like always. Why? I think when we're c/r'd on the turn we can fold very easily knowing we're behind, but if we call the river we lose a bet not knowing what is happening.

I think flop bet is bad if they have a clue. Would you ever play a made hand like this?

I would just bet the turn just in case a flush draw doesn't bluff the river, and expecting to have at most 2 outs if check/raised.

I just fold this pf, I don't even think it's that close. I hate the flop donk as well.
