As played I think I push the river to avoid giving a negative freeroll. OTOH, three handed makes this doubtfull. I think a turn check is good since two players show a lot of interest in their hands, I'm getting weary. The turn play actually got you into a weird spot on the river. It would have been easier if it had been checked through or you would have faced some kind of bet.
