anyone here play at the fallsview or casino niagara in niagara falls?

as soon as i get my car i am going to be a regular every night there. Or at least hope to be.

Preferred Seneca Niagara on the US side, but that may not be an option for you. Better room IMHO, and the play seemed comparable on both sides. Preferred Fallsview to Casino Niagara also.

Plenty of regulars, but plenty of tourists as well especially weekend nights.

yeah i don't play on the american side ever, mostly the fallsview or casino niagara. Couldnt be bothered with customs. yeah there are sooooo many tourists and the great thing is that they all dont really know anything about playing poker most of the time so it's easy pickings.

Casino Niagara is a dump, but Fallsview 5-5 NL is like printing money. Where in Southern Ontario are you from?

do either of you play the 5-5 often? got any pointers on style of play that plays there?

Pay attention to who you're playing against and adjust your play according to their style. Figure out who stacks off with top pair no kicker, who is playing VPIP <20%, who leads weak or strong, and who only raises with the nuts or near nuts. Don't c-bet OOP into large fields. Open your good hands at least 6x the BB and then go higher depending on position and number of people in the pot already. When seats open next to bad players, get seat changes to obtain position on them. Be friendly to the other players.
