Default Normal XP or XP x64. Which should I install?

I have a x64 system. Which XP version should I install?

Regular XP. If you want 64bit go vista.

Do you write your own analysis apps that require 64 bit computing? If not stay with 32 bit, you'll run into fewer problems getting applications that will run.

I use x64 cause I need to address 4GB of memory... it's an abortion of an operating system...

There are never any drivers for it, and a lot of programs just don't work...
