I need a place to live, get some monies

Ok here is the deal. I have decided that I would like to travel for a while. I am gonna take online classes while I am away. I am currently looking for a place to live outside the US.

Here are the things that I would like

1. Beach/ warm climate is necessary
2. Gotta be cheap cuz I am pretty broke (apartments ideally from 100-300 a month for a single male)
3. Gotta be safe
4. Gym around would be nice

I am gonna do this I am almost 100% sure, I will pay big if I actually go to your country. 200$ if I move to the country you choose, 500$ if you find an apartment to boot.

Dude. Look no further than Phuket, Thailand.

Cheap as chips, beautiful beaches, womenz galore who like westerners, and many of the locals speak at least some Engerish, and I can find you a flat, with internetz, and an AC bedroom, for around $300/mo.

80K students, warm, 300 days of sun a year (but not a crazy tourist trap)

Relatively cheap, many language schools around if you're interested and if you are reliable i can easely fix you a place for 300 dollars/month


EDIT: forgot to add, one of the safer cities of this size in france or europe, and provides most of the facilities a larger city is expected to provide.
Also you will have the feeling that this a real city and not a holiday place as many places in the sun. I dont know your age neither but you will be grateful about all the hot girls from around europe that come down here to study french for a couple of months (ERASMUS students and such)
