Default always unsure how much to raise in these spots

I always feel like im giving away my hand in these spots but im unsure what to raise. Since im short staking I want to take away implied odds against possibly two players and Id like to get any TPGK, or 2pair committed now in case a scare card (for them) comes.

Full Tilt No-Limit Hold'em, $0.25 BB (7 handed) Hand History Converter Tool from FlopTurnRiver.com (Format: 2+2 Forums)

BB ($26.10)
UTG ($24.75)
MP1 ($16.35)
MP2 ($15.10)
Hero ($14.10)
Button ($12.90)
SB ($17.50)

Preflop: Hero is CO with 3[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/heart.gif[/img].
<font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, MP1 calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, Hero calls $0.25, <font color="#666666">1 fold</font>, SB completes, BB checks.

Flop: ($1) A[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 7[img]/images/graemlins/club.gif[/img], 3[img]/images/graemlins/diamond.gif[/img] <font color="#0000FF">(4 players)</font>
SB checks, <font color="#CC3333">BB bets $0.25</font>, <font color="#CC3333">MP1 raises to $1</font>, <font color="#CC3333">Hero raises to $4</font>, SB folds, BB folds, MP1 folds.

Final Pot: $6.25

MP is 40/13/2

Thank you

Pot as in $2.25 or Pot as in the raise pot button on FTP (which is determined by some algorithm I don't understand but will be higher)?

You are calculating a pot sized bet wrong. The button is correct.

To pot it would assume you'd put your $1 in also so it would be $3.25.
