Playing 6-max limit, I keep note on these factors:
- After 100 hands, PT stats
- Where and with what they open-limp with preflop
- Where and with what they cold call preflop raises
- What hands they have when they lead into the previous street aggressor ("donk bets").
- Do they semibluff? Do they bluff?
- Do they call thinly on early streets? On the river?
- Do they frequently call a flop bet but fold to a turn bet?
- Overall aggression vs passivity, tightness vs looseness.
- Any other unusual actions that I can exploit, or that I need to be aware of.

online when i multitable i usually just note any hands which were played to showdown which are worth noting.

"straightfoward", "over values pairs", "calling station", "passive as hell", etc
